Our dining experience is pure pleasure after a day of cycling. Like everything else we do on our trip, meals are unique and authentic. Our dinners are at the top restaurants in each region, from a Michelin-starred 14th-century cellar where the sommelier takes us to see his private wine collection, to a no-name bistro where you smell the passion of cuisine and are greeted like family!

Enjoy the combination of elegant restaurants and hip trattorias. Some are world famous, and others are best kept secrets. The chefs typically prepare special feasts just for us that highlight each region's particular gastronomic gems.  Each course is paired with a regional wine to bring out its best qualities. While we dine together most nights, slipping into a quiet booth for two or ordering in is often an option. After a day spent feasting your senses, we invite you simply to feast.
